New to my fitness pal, however, not so new to fitness struggles. I need to lose about 60+ pounds, not trying to get thin, just healthy so I can keep up with my 12 and 7 year old daughters. Plus, I want them to adopt healthy lifestyles early in life. So, I'm checking out the community board to see what's out there and say hello to my future fitness pal friends.
