Creatine mono is about the only legal thing that works at all, and it's not universal. Other than that, eat at a surplus, get .8gr per lb of bodyweight, lift heavy stuff. Throw being patient into the mix and you're on the right path.0

Lift heavy but make sure to focus on your specific muscle group isolation. Our bodies like to compensate by pulling in other muscles group that may fatigue faster and cause you to think you worked out correctly. So just focus on technique as well as lift some weights that will cause tears in your fibers. Once you have your workout correct, make sure you're eating lean protein and more carbs and watching fat intake.Have to make sure not too forget about healthy fats. One thing to also try out if you haven't yet, is to surround your workouts with carbs instead of just simply eating carbs throughout the day. Just some tips. Good luck!0
