Hi Im Tay

On February 1st I started eating healthier and stopped drinking soda. On the 1st I weighed in at 178lbs and yesterday I weighed in at 171lbs. I'm a mother of 3 little ones. I'm trying to get healthy and reach my goal weight (135) by September.

    Good job giving up soda alone is one of the best steps to reaching your goal. Good luck

    Soda is the hardest thing for me to quit! I replace it with those sparkling waters for a while but now here I am back on the soda train. Blegh, liquid satan. Good luck on your journey!
