I did a wellness exam at work and everything was perfect except my HDL was low. How can I boost this? I prefer natural over some kind of pills...

The best ways are to, of course exercise, lose weight if your overweight, replace some refined carboydrates and sugar with fat. Fat increases HDL cholesterol with saturated increases it the most, then monounsaturated then polyunsaturated. Lowering carbs with fat also reduces triglycerides and can improve the atherogenic behavior of LDL as well.

    Good luck!
