21 lbs down! Need advice tho.

I'm down 21 lbs since Dec. 15th I work out usually 4 to 6 times a week and usually do between 35 to 60 min. Of cardio and then some weight training. Ive been kinda stuck for a week and half not losing weight really. I find myself feeling a little lite headed sometimes and even last night i had ate a good dinner but my tummy was growling and upset like I hadn't eaten all day. My cals to consume are 1600 but it change as of last night to 1780 when i Updated the app. Was i just not eating enough calories or am i doing something wrong??
