    I prefer natural regardless of size...actually, I'm not a fan of overly large breasts.

    If you want it for you, do it. It you want it for other people, don't. If you want it to boost your self esteem, don't do it - studies suggest surgery for people with body confidence issues doesn't necessarily help, and can often make it worse. You're better off paying to see a therapist.

    In terms of side effects, surgery is dangerous. You're better off speaking with your doctor about that than randoms on an internet message board.

    It makes it much harder to screen for breast cancer. And a whole lotta women get this cancer. Even women under the age of 40.

    It would make it much harder to check your shoes are looking okay too....
