I've been on fitness pal for a while now but I've never really followed it a 100% properly, until this week. I'm login in everythink but I'm not managing to stay in my goal

Assess your goal. What is your height/weight, and how many pounds are you trying to lose a week? What if you decreased it by 1/2 pound, would the extra 250 calories help you balance your food log?1

I could do this, I was just wondering if any one else struggled straight away or if they just got it0

I was very successful on MFP a few years ago. Best shape of my life.
FF to now... within the past year & a half, I managed to gain back what I lost... and just for good measure, added another 20 lbs.
I just hit my 100th consecutive day logging on to MFP...but I've actually gone up in that time.
I cannot figure out why I am dragging my feet so badly this time around...
Very discouraged.
