Sharing my progress photos & offering my friendship!

Hello! My name is Raven and I am a 22 year old senior in college. I have been on MFP for about two months now. I am looking to clean out my friends list and make some new friends that are dedicated and ready to get fit!

Wanted to share my progress so far:

First picture was taken on 5/20/2013. I am 5'7 and weighed 165lbs.

The second picture was taken on 7/20/2013. Again, I am 5'7 but now I weigh 144.8!

Still have a way to go on my lower body but I am dedicated and love to help motivate my friends!
Only criteria for friending me is to please include a short message with your request. Eat clean and follow your dreams! :flowerforyou:

Thanks ladies! I have recently started Tony Horton's 10-Minute Trainer and it is AWESOME.. but before that it was mainly just different ab exercises I learned in a college fitness class a few semesters back plus walking on my incline trainer or I go to the park and walk at least 3 miles a day. I try to exercise at least 5 times a week. Main thing though, CLEAN EATING!

Side note: I guess you would call me more of a "pear shape" because the weight came off of my upper body pretty quick but I'm still working really hard to get the weight off of my lower half. Add me and I would love to talk to you more. :)

i have a pear shape too! your progress is amazing. this gives me motivation to do ab work. i usually skimp on it because there's so much fat over my belly that i found it pointless.
