These drops claim to melt body fat.... too good to be true, right?
That's because it IS too good to be true. If you read up on the actual science of weight loss as well as how the human body works, you'll quickly find out that there are no potions or pills that will work to burn/melt body fat. What does work is consuming less calories than we need to maintain our current weight by diligently counting calories.
There is no quick fix.
For appetite suppression, make sure you get enough fibre, protein, fat and water/liquid.
Save your money... this product claims to work if you do lots of cardio and eat 1200 calories. How funny is that? You can lose weight by eating 1200 or more calories and by adding cardio without wasting your money on a bogus product.
This product got a 3 star review on amazon.2 -
Had to Google it.
From Amazon.ca
Resolution Formula No. 20 weight loss drops, takes the cravings away.
Resolution is a perfect choice for drastic weight loss in as little as 20 days.
These drops flush fats and toxins from your system and keeps food cravings away all day.
The recommended daily 1200-Calorie Diet Plan allows for a (200) calorie breakfast, (400) calorie lunch & dinner and two (100) calorie snacks throughout the day.
Preliminary tests have shown dramatic weight loss using a flexible 1200-Calorie Diet Plan.
Oh Lord. No, don't buy them. I can't believe a product would generically assume 1200 cals is appropriate. It's a frikken minimum. Please don't just drop to 1200 cals if it isn't appropriate for you height or weight. You'll end up hurting yourself.
My god there are dangerous products out there.1 -
Magic potions and pills will only make your wallet lighter. Skip the quick fix (which won't work anyway) and just eat at a calorie deficit.0

OP let me put it to you straight: THERE IS NO SUPPLEMENT YOU CAN TAKE TO INCREASE FAT LOSS FASTER.
Save your money. Especially since what you'll be paying for is mostly water. You want to lose weight, then eat less than you burn on a consistent basis.
