How do I correct a food data entry?

I found an entry for the bread I bought at Food Lion today. I've also scanned it in and get the same numbers. Both entries show 120% vitamin C for one serving, when it should be 12%. I've been trying to hit my nutrient levels lately, and it bothers me that this will be incorrect.
Is there a way to change the entry?
Thanks!
