Hello everyone, I am new to this and I am looking for meals that are fast and easy to make in order to gain weight. Any recipes someone have in mind? It will be a lot of help

Ground Turkey is simple and has been my go-to lately, add in some rice and veggies or a sweet potato and your set. Simple and effective. Then, polish it off with some Greek yogurt. High carb, high protein with moderate fats!
Also I keep lunch meat in the frig in case there is nothing made, I can weigh out some and eat a apple and some almonds with it.0 -
