Starting a Healthy Journey!

My girlfriend and I decided we're finally ready to bear down and get healthy. I'm looking to lose about 100 lbs and reach my healthy range. We've tried diet and exercise before, but tend to fall back into the "Eh I don't want to cook tonight, I'll call in pizza" lifestyle. I'm looking for people to help and encourage us through our journey. I look forward to hearing other people's stories and getting to know some of you guys!
