New to group, time to ramp things up

I've used MFP off and on for years and after a super long break I've been back now for abut 6 weeks. I'm excited about this group as accountability is always a driver for me.

Stats, 5'2" 32yo femle:
May 2008 = 253lbs
May 2011 = 163lbs (90 loss yay!)
May 2016 = 213lbs (50 gained boooo)
Current = 184, goal is 140
