Success with just stronglifts (women)

I've seen all the threads for women who look amazing after heavy lifting. I'm wondering if anyone has any success photos/stories they can share from just using the stronglifts 5x5 program? I hope some who posted in these used it, but didn't want to go through and tag each person to ask.

I've gone from 184-140 now and am adding in stronglifts. Only cardio I do is walking on my 30 minute lunch and I aim for a total of 11k steps a day. I'm wondering if stronglifts will give me the results I'm looking for to get that toned look. I eat at net of 1200 most days, and I'm only 5'2ish.

    I'm 5'2" (& 47) and I did StrongLifts & about the same amount of cardio as you. I did SL for a year and when I ate at deficit, I lost fat. SL gave me some great muscle to show off for my work. I got tired of SL, though and switched to PHUL. Now I'm back to 3 full body days due to needing more recovery time.
    Not sure if it answers your questions, or not but thought I'd share.
    I went from 137-116 on SL but it was the deficit that lost the fat. It gave me a love of lifting, for sure!
