I'd taper back a little. To keep fat gains minimal, you generally want to be between .5-1lb.

@psuLemon Thanks. I've seen some fat gains already.
What do you think. Knock off 100 cals?

It may slow down a bit - I gained weight very quickly for the first few weeks, then it slowed down to around 0.5 lbs per week.

    I'd taper down to 2800 +/- 100 calories daily.

Also, how much have you gained in the passed 2 or 3 weeks?

Cool. Just checking to see if there were any quick increases due to glycogen or anything. I stand by 2800 ish.

Just weighed in at 170... of course it's the end of the day too.

And I might have eaten 1/2 a bag of donuts as well.

The only specific program I'm following is Hatch Squat Program.
Other than than I've got my own progressive upper body workouts I do during the week.

    Keep em coming!
    I'm up to 172!
Eating more loosely than I ever have!
I have to say I'm shocked. I've put on some fat but not like I thought I would eating "junk" (maybe it's not junk after all) I'm honestly more surprised of the muscle gain... crazy I tell you, crazy!
