Vegan weight loss help

Hi I'm just new to this, I've over passed few years gained extra weight n now I'm actually ashamed at myself.
I'm a vegan and so eat a lot of dairy/wheat free foods and quorn foods.
But not helping me shift weight.
I've started a gym to do classes etc.
Please can someone help me as I'm just so ashamed at my weight gain and know people look at me in disgust at times. Thank you. X

    Eat mostly whole/non-processed foods and keep an eye on your calories. Feel free to add me (I'm vegan and gluten-free, and have lost 90 pounds so far--I'm working on the last 20!) if you want.

    My diary should be public as well if you want to take a look. I eat a lot of the same types of foods (the same thing for lunch, etc.) because I'm a creature of habit, haha!
