Third time is the charm?

Hi!
I'm back for my third time of trying to get healthier and in better shape. Each previous attempt found me losing about 10lbs before my events transpired that I wasn't equipped with proper tools to continue the journey (moving into a new house and then a fractured shoulder 9 months ago, that I'm still recovering from). So now I'm almost 40lbs over my original starting point and feeling pretty crappy (and tired of it!) and wanting to lose 50lbs this time instead of the 70lbs it would take for my original goal (I figured out that my original goal may not be so realistic right now). I am optimistic that I will be able to make better progress this time!
This community is so kind and helpful, I'm glad to be back!
