Any tips on keeping weight off after relatively quick loss? I Know slow and steady is the ideal, also that with being larger the initial weight loss can sometimes be easier and will slow down..but still don't want to do any harm to myself.
I am moderately active ie..I walk alot but rarely get heart rate up.Eat ok but not wonderful and around 1300 cal a day .Have lost 40 pounds since December ,30 since I started MFP

You'll gain weight if you consume too many calories.

If you don't consume too many calories you won't gain weight.

    Don't consume too many calories.

The main reason people who lose fast may not keep it off is that to lose fast, they have generally restricted quite a lot, and have not learned lasting habits. The solution to this is to learn lasting habits for maintenance.

I don't feel as I'm on an impossible "crash diet" at this point. And not really making healthy diet choices at this point so much as getting into a routine of tracking what I eat.
I do however often not list my workouts (mostly light weight turbo sculpt and yoga) as I feel it inaccurately estimates what I've burned and then I'm more tempted to over eat.
Is that long term going to be a problem?

You wont regain the weight if you stick to your maintenance calories. It doesnt matter if it took you 3 months or 3 years to lose the weight.. If you go back to eating the same amount as you did before you will gain back the weight.

You should log your exercise and start by eating back 50% of those calories. The scale will tell you if you're on the right track or not.
