Calories burn

I have my level set as not very active 1900 calorie a day. I been walking/jogging eveyday this week in the morning and burn about 450-500 calories should i try to eat back calories on the weekend because i don't eat all the calories I burn, if you know what i mean

You should be eating at least a portion of your exercise calories. Many people "bank" or carry over extra calories for the weekend or special events. If that method works for you, go for it.0
