Breakfast

I don't always eat "breakfast" food for breakfast - sometimes act up and eat dinner leftovers!
Another idea is breakfast egg muffins...look this one up - http://www.tasteofhome.com/recipes/scrambled-egg-muffins. Remember you can omit 1/2 of the yolks and switch pork for turkey sausage to cut the calories. Also, its a great way to use up whatever veggies you have in the fridge...spinach, kale, onions, mushrooms, peppers, etc. Make a double batch and freeze them in gallon zipper bags.1 -
I cut up a read potato and put it in the microwave for 3 minutes. The I add 3 egg whites, 1 whole egg, seasoning and throw it back in for another 3 minutes. Then sprinkle some cheese on top and voila!1
