Need help with plateau

I lost 33# fairly easily but ever since Christmas time I haven't budged much. I still have about 30# to go. I know one problem is I wasn't getting my 10k steps in a day but stayed fairly active with packing and moving. I rarely go over on my 1200 calories and when I do i never have went over 1600. Getting discouraged.. Any advice? Considering doing Chris Powells carb cycling programming for a month but really don't understand some of it.

    If you haven't lost much since Christmas, you are eating near maintenance. Are you using a food scale for all solids, tracking grams? Only use cups/spoons for liquid. Also, if you aren't weighing your foods and eating more calories than you are given, then that may be part of the problem. Do you track exercise, and if you do, do you eat those calories back? What is your activity level?
