hi there !
I've decided to use the HELP guide to help me eat healthier and give me new ideas of meal.
I have questions about it
When she says 3/4 cup of brown rice does it mean cooked or raw ?
Is it enough calories for someone who also runs and bike ?
thank you for your help

I don't know what the HELP guide is - but big difference between cooked and raw rice - and 3/4 cup doesn't tell you much really. You need to weigh it, especially for cooked.
A level 3/4 cup of dried rice, standard cup with 3/4 measurement, not eyeballed, would be fairly standard.
Is what enough calories??
Work out your required calories by inputting you stats to MFP.
Obviously, as well as activity level 'enough' will depend on your height, weight, gender, age.0 -
It is always the measurement for cooked/prepaired food. Uncooked rice and cooked rice has a huge difference in mass and weight as well as pasta, grains, meats and so on. So always cooked/ prepared. For example avacodo should also be measured after it has been prepared, so after you have removed the skin and stone and maybe brown parts. Also ex. banana should be measured without the skin. The difference can be huge from banana to banana :-)0
