My goal is for my "go to" size to be a 6. As my 8's were starting to get REALLY tight, I just could not mentally be ok with my "go to" size be a 10. I started working out with a trainer twice a week and diligent about logging in my food on My Fitness Pal. I've cleaned up my food choices and have just taken the whole process slow. I can't feel guilty if I want a piece of cake, but instead of having a "piece that matters" aka a BIG piece of cake, I choose to savor every bite of a thin piece of cake. I'm 4 lbs away from being a size 6 comfortably. However, if a 6 is still tight with a clothing choice, I'm so good with the 8 in the long run.
