Hi I'm new! I'm 25 years old. 5' 7" and 151 pounds. I'm looking to get to and maintain somewhere in the 130-135 range.
I have a higher calorie budget of 2000 calories but I don't track exercise and I do something at the gym about 5 times a week now (just started).
I am starting to learn about macros and I have a goal of 30/30/30 of fat, protein and carbs with the extra 10% being flexible depending on the day.
I'd love friends and accountability.
