I've been 'here' for a week or so, just wanted to say, "Hello!"

I'm in Sedona, AZ. 62 years old, working on rehabbing from rotator cuff surgery last June. Had a cortisone injection last week, got me feeling so much better that I realized it's time to take off the weight I'd put on. Thank you all for the inspiring stories and I really enjoy how friendly you all seem!

    Thank you! I'm originally from Chicago area, moved here about 3 years ago. Beautiful, but I miss the grandkids, family, friends. Lately it's been warmer in Chicago than here, though it's changing there. LOL! One of the reasons I moved.
