Hi everyone,
I'm a newbie, just started the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred (2 days in).
Starting to feel better, less tired, still achy but, I'm definitely going to stick with it.
I have taken some before pictures before so I can see the difference after 30 days.

Hi everyone, I joined a while back not really had much weight loss, definitely going to use the site as much as possible to help me .0

Thank you for the kind words, I'm on day 5 as I had a 2 day rest.
Felt worse for the rest period, so going to just push through the last 25 days.
Definitely seeing and feeling a difference already
