Fitness tracker recommendations

Hey all,
I'm thinking about replacing my watch with a fitness tracker. My primary motivation is wanting to better understand how many calories I burn during my fitness classes, so I can come up with a more solid diet plan. However, I wouldn't be opposed to accurate sleep and step tracking. It's also important that the tracker sync seamlessly with either FitBit or Apple Health. Any recommendations?
