Sigghhhhh.....

So I haven't really stuck to my plan. It hasn't even been a full week yet, so why am I writing?

I cheated on one day :'( .

I worked out maybe 2, 3 times a week :# .

I DID eat a bit below or at my calorie limit :) AND I drank 64-96 oz a day. The only thing I drank was water or teas (mainly Choice Organic Oolong Tea, Yogi Green Tea Lemon Ginger, and Traditional Medicinals Ginger Tea...I think ginger was the best) this week.

My goal weight this week should've been at 211 B) . But I just might be at 212 or 213 :/ . Tbh, that IS healthier.

Also, I need a new scale.

Also, I used this http://modelmydiet.com to see what I'd look like at my goal weight (ik, results may vary :o ). I just thought--

ALSO, I did research on what to expect when losing weight. I never expected on finding out that I might get sagging neck and wrinkles ON MY FACE!

MY FACE!

I hate having chubby cheeks (anybody who has them knows how demeaning it is when you're a teenager...and people still pinch them) but one thing I like is that nobody believes me when I tell them that I'm 19. My height says 20s. My face...says 15.

Apparently, losing as little as 10 lbs can give your face wrinkles and make your neck sag. NOW I'M SCARED TO LOSE 60 LBS! :s

Right, on the wrinkles part - that is complete nonsense. I'm 40lbs down and have no wrinkles. I'm 30 years old. If you want to keep looking young you just need a good care routine, that's all.

Yeah tbh it does sound like nonsense. Maybe if you lose 100+ lbs, then sure. My face routine is using a face brush, applying a toner and then lotion with salicylic acid. What's your goal btw?

I doubt it. I mean, if you visit the success boards here you have plenty of pictures of people who lost more than 100lbs and everyone looks younger after their weight loss. Where did you read this? Was it a reputable source?

    My goal is 106lbs =)

Google failed me. How much do you currently weigh?

My goal is 154, so that's a 60 lb weight loss
