Part one :
Im at work today, working a very stationary post.... Ill be sitting at a computer by myself for the duration of 12 hours. Cant leave for walks to the water cooler haha. Any one want to give me simple hourly challenges??? ie: push ups? chair dips? help the time pass by =)

Part 2
Looking for friendly ppl who want to motivate each other and help with accountability, Last year March the 3rd i started this journey weighing in at 310lbs. On Jan 1, 2017 i reached the -100lb milestone. That i am very proud of. At this point i am down to 206. My LTG is 175, With my focus on strength training. I am finding it very difficult to lose weight right now, probably bc i am doing so much strength training, (at least 3 days a week, mixed with cardio, plus 2-3 of HIIT) i am honestly ok with losing weight slowly, as long as i know im still burning fat. Does that make sense?? Although to be part of the onederland club would be super. haha

if any one has any advice on how to successfully burn fat ( lose weight) while strength training id love to hear it. add me or message me. let me know what works for everyone. I do feel kinda stuck at this moment.

    If I'm stuck at my desk, I put a box under laptop and I stand to work. Then I will occasionally step in place and also stretch
