I have been working out 6x a week. Eating rather okay and all yet i am just going with a loss of 1 or 2 kgs. This is frustrating. I would love to know what you do different to speed up weight loss when you have a hormone problem like mine.

Greetings. I have PCOS too and am just trying to deal. How long have you been doing this because 1-2 kgs doesn't sound so bad if we're talking about a few weeks. And what does "eating okay" mean. I don't know how it is for you but my body holds on to fat like grim death and if I cave and eat the tiniest amount of the bad stuff it' like none of the plateful of greens I shoveled into my mouth matter

You haven't said if you are logging your food. If you are not, then you do not really know if you are burning more calories than you are eating. Have you plugged your info into MFP to see how many calories to eat each day? Exercise is great, but if your calories in are more than you calories out, you will not lose weight.

You've lost some weight, but we don't know in how much time. You may be losing at a great pace.

There are lots of us here with PCOS. Some women find eating lower carbs helps improve weight loss due to insulin resistance. I eat moderate carbs and have been losing steadily. You just have to find what works best for you.

There are some PCOS groups on MFP that you may find helpful.
