Heating up a bowl of tomato or other vegetable juice and adding favorite spices to it. Any clear based broths with added veggies to it works for me.0

String cheese2

Some grilled chicken0

Fruit.
A bowl of strawberries. An apple.
Also greek yogurt has a good amount of protein for under 100 calories.1 -
kolbassa yum1

Banana--100 or so calories, but filling.
Raw cauliflower and/or carrots with small amount of hummus.
Coffee with one square of dark chocolate
Boiled egg if I have on hand
1/2 Luna bar or Larabar1 -
Many great responses already. These work for me:
Popcorn, canned tuna, protein shake, protein bars, boiled egg, a salad with hot sauce dressing, Metamucil (if fibre is lacking), tea, coffee, almond milk, some dark chocolate.JaydedMiss wrote: »kolbassa yum

I was going to post something about Weird Al recommending spam:
"Now if there's some left, don't just throw it out. Use it as spackle, or bathroom grout".1 -
A nice, fat, apple. It fills me up pretty well.1

Plain air popped popcorn. Drink a bunch of water if I'm too close to my calorie intake and dont want to go over.0

An apple or yogurt or clementine.0

Tuna pouch. Cottage cheese.0

I had a whole other idea of what this thread could be about. These days there are too many pie holes that need to be shut, or stuffed.1

I have many, many 2 ounce portions of walnuts weighed out, bagged, and put in "my" section of the fridge.0

cucumbers, tomatoes, I really like pretzels and they are filling for little calories, also fat free turkey is only like, 25 calories a slice.

I keep individual packets of dry-roasted soybeans, or crispy chickpeas, in my car for just such occasions. At home, a piece of fruit, a piece of string cheese (or other single-serving cheese), or some veggies . . . maybe a modest portion of nuts. For me, protein is the most helpful "tide me over" snack, followed by something with a bit of fat (and I'm vegetarian, which is why you didn't see tuna or something in there).0
