About me:
In high-school I was weighed about 150 and looked amazing. Almost 2 years after college I weigh 228.5 pounds.
Goals:
1. Loose weight to feel happy. I don't feel happy about my weight or my ability to want to get up and go for a walk anymore. I want to be able to jump out of bed instead of rolling over to get out.
2. Feel sexy again. Don't get my wrong, I'm an attractive woman. I just want to feel sexy in smaller colthes and not feel discourage about wearing tight jeans. I hate when i either get the belly flop or the V-split down there if I try to pick up my pants too much.
3. Not feel like I'm huffing after a walk up 3 flights of stairs or feeling like I can't bend down.
4. Be healthy for the rest of my life. About 3 years ago I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism which did not help me at all. I gained so much weight and I am still correcting my medication. It's very difficult for me mentally to get out of bed and not feel cold all the time. I have to fight myself now to get passed that archaic feeling and strive to reach my goal.
5. I want to start my family. I want my future kids to have an active mother. I don't want to gain even more weight while being pregnant.
It's time for my life change!
