Hello all,
I am a 35 year old male. Married with 3 kids. 8 year old girl and twins, boy and girl that are 2 just about 3. I stayed very busy. My wife and I both work full time and I just finished my master degree and my wife has one more year left. So needless to say I am stressed and tired and some go to food. I am not a real heavy person. I am 5 ft 8 in and have been up to 205 pounds. Now I am at 185 but that is heavier for me. I was carrying around 175 and that was good. But once I started my masters and wife started school and had the twins, life as changed. I enjoy lifting weights but often fall to a anoying back injury that keeps me out for a little while. Lifting is my stress relief and I enjoy it. Poor food choices have been my down fall. I love sweets and need to work on portion control. I also live in South Dakota so in winter I often get the blue s. I love being out side in the summer where it is sunny and warm. So that helps when the weather starts to get above 35. Just here looking to get back on track, motivation, tips, food recipes, etc. Thanks all.
