Hello!
I'm getting back in to logging and calorie counting to get back to my goal weight. And building myself back up in the gym after slacking since July last year!
Are any of you in the East Midlands? I'm on the border of Leicestershire/Derbyshire/Nottinghamshire - would be nice to meet some virtual fitness friends around here
