Hello,
I am a father of 3 and stress has me going up and down in weight. Nothing crazy but 15 pounds fat makes a huge difference in how I feel. I am big into lifting weights when I don't mess my back up. I need to get back down 15 pounds but starving myself at 1200 calories is misserable. I hope to find out here how to fix my diet so I am not starving but still loosing the fat. It's a hard mental thing to get over.

1200 calories is the absolutely lowest for a female. The minimum for a male is 1500calories a day. You likely selected that you wanted to lose 2lbs a week which is waaaaay to aggressive for only 15 lbs to lose. Select 0.5lbs per week and follow the calorie reccomendations MFP gives you.1
