Burpees Lunges. seated jumps and more

Yesterday I met witha a new personal trainer and I performed 3 sets of 5 burpees then I had to push teh half ball 200 feet then 5 more burpees. I tried adding this to my exercise because that is cardio but cant find it. Does anyone know what to type so I can add these exerises?

I also did 45 degree lunges and seated jumps. I cant find any of these. My heart was pounding about 175 BPM for 30 minutes.

Can anyone help.
