Anyone does crossfit here!!

I just started using this app and just started crossfit to after my last baby I put so much weight :-( I am 5.0 weight 170 lb trying to loose 50 lb I need so much help to keep me going lol and dropping the stones yikes I feel ugly nothing fits me
Morning I drink cup coffee instant with table spoon sugar
I eat 2 boiled eggs sometimes 3
And slice of watermelon and bottle of water with one tea spoon of apple cider vinegar

Lunch

romaine salad with one medium avocado and vinegar
and white meat (chicken)
Cup coffee of same thing as above ;-)

Dinner

Cucumber medium tomatoe 1 with vinegar
Lemon spice peanuts 3 tablespoon
I am hopping I loos weight!!

    Hi Emma!

    I also am trying to lose some weight, and have recently gotten into crossfit as well.
    Sounds like your eating is pretty reasonable, have you been seeing any success? Do you do cheat meals?

    How long have you been doing crossfit? What's your favorite workout?
