Looking for friends to keep me on track

Hello! I am 31 years old 5'4" female. I've been struggling with my weight for a while now, and I'm back up to my heaviest at 197. My weight loss is slowing down and I am now looking for friends to hold me accountable and on track! I'm usually pretty good with my eating but getting my exercise seems to be harder for me. I'm looking for friends to keep me on track so I reach my goals. I heard this was easier with the support of friends, so I'm reaching out!

    How much have you lost? What's been your plan of attack?

    I eat healthier now and getting exercise. I watch my sugar intake, stopped drinking sodas and don't eat as much carbs. I've increased my fruits (before 2pm) and veggies. I have a hard time getting the exercise in most days and unmotivated because my weight goes up and down. I've lost about 10lbs but it comes back. I need to be more consistent with my exercising, so that's my focus right now. My goals is to lost about 50, (goal weight is 150). Any ideas to add?
