Let's aim for only 1 lb per week. Anything else is a bonus ;)

Next week’s CHALLENGE: to lose 1 lb. [= 3.500 calories]. Minimize the consumption of high calorie foods/drinks by 250 cal. and increase your physical activity to burn an extra 250 cal. repeat this x 7 days.
