I have ALWAYS been the one at work,school with the HUGE caffinated soda.
I gave up regular soda a month ago.
Sipped my daughter's cola by mistake.
It was VILE!
How did I ever drink that?!?

Too sweet!
I am down to a can diet soda maybe once a week.
Never thought I would EVER give up my super sized soda, let alone crave unsweetened green tea.

    Same here! It took me a minute to adjust but sparkling water totally curves any cravings for me. I mostly crave the carbonation I realized, not so much the flavor.

    Soda stream. It's all I drink at home now and thing I should get one for the office.

    (All except wine and beer.)

    I kicked all soda before turkey day. Only coffee and a little tea for me now. Can't believe it was as easy as it was to quit.
