Hello I am from shelby nc and i am looking for friends for support. I am a 40 year old male who is 272 pounds or so... I have been diagnosed with congestive heart failure, high blood pressure, diabetes, and sleep apnea which 3 of the 4 can be relieved with weight loss.... hoping to get down to around 200 pounds by the end of the year.... Any support, advice, and Nutritional tips will be greatly appreciated.......
