How do you guys log take out? I'm trying to be as honest as possible on my "cheat" days but i find it really hard to log take out. Example tonight I had cantonese chow mein from a little chinese restaurant and typing it in gives results varying from 400-700calories pet serving. The one i order is lots of veggies, lots of meat and easy on the noodles but i honestly have no idea what the calories would be like. This is epecially difficult when i know there are so many ridiculous calorie and nutrient mistakes that are easy to spot when you know you're eating healthy. Anyone have any tricks?

    Is that per 100g?

My local one is almost 900 calories. 877 to be precise. That is for a standard container size.

You'll need to guess the weight of each item based on other known foods you usually eat.
