A lot of people like doing the 30 Day Shred by Jillian Michaels, I personally am doing the Sweat program and then there are TONS (really) of workouts on YouTube.

Fitness blender is on YouTube and it's awesome. They have a wide variety of intensities but on their website you can search by fitness level.

30 Day Shred by Jillian Michaels is the program I used when I first started out. There's a lady that does modified versions of the exercises for beginners. Just need a mat and some little handweights. (I believe the first two levels are on YouTube for free)

    Do the stairs.

When I started at the very bottom I was very happy to hear about wall push-ups.

In essence, success comes from starting where you are and gradually increasing the challenge. Also be sure you enjoy what you are doing.

I do steps up and down on the bottom step of the stairs, uses a lot of calories fast and has helped with fitness and made a massive difference to my knees, I'm now able to handle stairs and uphills much better in day to day life.

I'm wondering what I can do for strength training, may follow some of these links myself.

:D If you're really a beginner, you might not be able to do even one. I've never been able to do a pull-up. I probably could do a push up but I absolutely hate them.
