You can work your way up. Perhaps promise yourself you'll walk for just five minutes until that becomes 30 minutes or an hour. I rarely use a treadmill, but I enjoy walking outdoors, and when I listen to podcasts or music or watch videos, time goes by so quickly. Before I know it, I'll have been walking for an hour. Remember: a journey of a thousand miles starts with one step. Good luck!

I find the days I don't want to go to the gym are the days I absolutely must go. I always great and charged up when I leave

use the treadmill....... and then also lift some weights

chickas who train with weights are the bees' knees.

also.. just remember, you can't out-train a junk diet; I know, I've tried.
