I've been on this app for 1.5 years, and up until August I was down a total of 76 pounds. Woohoo!
But then I kept slipping and gained back 10 pounds. I was so sick of my food and went to a nutritionist who said (which I knew she would) that since I grew up without eating fruits and veggies I need to start now. So now although I stay between 1250 and 1300 calories a day, I'm eating much more "clean" and have a veggie for most of my meals, and a fruit every other day. My macros are much better, mainly my fat and sugar is down way more since opening my mind and trying new and better foods.

But my carbs are up a bit more, usuaally I was around 100 carbs a day, now I'm more like 150-160 carbs a day. I do limited exercise like I have before- just walking and then occasional cardio. But I'm not seeing my weight drop! I feel good, I can tell the difference, but why am I just not losing? I've lost 1 pound in 10 days, and some of that should be water weight.. I'll clearly bring this up to the nutritionist next week, but in the meantime, does anyone have any thoughts as to why my weight isn't budging?

10 days is nothing. You could easily be losing fat and retaining water - esp w/higher carbs + feeling the difference.

How are you tracking your calorie intake? Do you weigh it before you log?

You lost a pound in days days. That's good. Remember, you lost 76 pounds. Even if you gained 10 back, you do not have the same TDEE as you did prior to weight loss (unless you have dramatically increased your activity level/exercise), therefore you burn less calories than you did 75 lbs ago and you will lose at a slower rate.

That being said, be sure to check your diary for any issues such as weighing food on a scale, logging all condiments and drinks. Once you have done that, be sure your calorie intake is the best for you concerning not only adherence but health and an appropriate rate of loss for your stats.

    CarboHYDRATE.
    Probably extra water.
1250-1300 sounds low IMO and without more info it's hard to help you.
Maybe it's time to reverse diet up to a maintenance level for a week or so?

I get my meals from a meal prep place so they weigh things, but as far as measuring and weighing things I make at home, yes I am very meticulous

What would it be like if you weighed 5 pounds more but was 3 sizes less?
