Hello all,
I am the normal guy who can put on some muscle but when I try to lift heavy and add some weight it ways ends up being fat. The belly looks not good. Then I do the diet and loose the fat but always loose some of the muscle. How do I go about not having to cut calories so much to loose fat but keep muscle??

If you want to put on muscle, you first need a solid progressive overload lifting program (found here). Also, you want adequate nutrition. From the sounds of it, you essentially want to cut a little fat and build a little muscle? If so, then you would want to work on a recomp (recomposition). This is where you essentially eat around maintenance, have adequate protein (~.8 to 1.2g/lb of lean body mass), follow the progressive overload lifting program and have patience.
If that isn't what you want, let us know. But that is pretty much the basics.1
