So here's what im thinking now !

Mon - thurs 1200
Cals = 4800

Fri - sun 1600 = 4800

Weekly total = 9600

-mon body pump 150 cals
Wed grit 150 cals
Fri body bump 150 cals
=450 burned

= weekly total 9150

To total 8400 would need to burn an extra 750 cals

Which would mean 375 cals need to be burned on sat and sunday
