First Week (2.19.17-2.26.17)

SW: 214.6 lbs
GW: 211.5 lbs
CW: 212.8 lbs
Weight loss for this week: 1.8 lbs
Honestly, I'm a little disappointed but not surprised. I did go over my calorie limit twice this week and I didn't go to the gym 4-5 days a week nor did I walk everyday like I planned to.
But....I am kinda proud. I lost something. And this just means that I have to stick to my plan if I want to see the results that I want to see.
I also put in my measurements for my neck, waist, and hips.
Neck: 14 ¾ in.
Waist: 37 in.
Hips: 47 in.
Now, if I stick to my plan, I should lose about 2 lbs this week, maybe 2.5 lbs.
Week 2: 2.26.17-3.5.17
SW: 212.8 lbs
GW: 210.8 lbs

GW: 211.5 lbs
