So I'm training like a beast! But totally confused by nutrition! Scared of piling on fat but also serious about gaining muscle! Help

IMO, nutrition is fairly straight forward common sense...see all those whole foods in your store...eat a lot of those.5 -
Are you eating at a surplus and trying to bulk? What are your goals OP0

If you are training that hard I wouldn't worry about putting on fat. If you are bulking u will gain some but not a big deal0

In what way are you training? What is the goal? Are you eating at a surplus and if so by how much? Are you even tracking food intake?0
