So basically I weighed in at 341 lbs at health screening for work. Had not realized at all how much weight I had gained. I'm sure I gained a little more weight after that point but I never re-weighed myself. I'm 25 yrs old and stand a 6'. In the beginning I was able to lose around 25 lbs by myself but after downloading this app it has helped me out tremendously. I've been able to lose 102 lbs in roughly 6 months and have gone from 341 lbs down to 239 lbs so far. My goal is to get down to 195 I think, not 100% sure yet. So I've still got around 44 lbs to lose. Not sure how to post pictures but anyone can feel free to add me to see my pictures I share on my page and you could also add my Instagram just hit me up for my username.
Weight loss is hard work and it takes time, but if you keep at it and keep pushing you can reach any goals you set!
Hope everyone has a great day today and feel free to add me if you'd like!
Thanks!

May I ask about how you got there? Calories eaten, exercise, etc?
I eat anywhere between 1800-2000 calories a day. Lots of lean cuts of meat but mainly skinless chicken breast and lean ground turkey. Lots of fresh fruits and veggies but to save time for meal prep buy bags of steamable veggies. And my snacks mainly consists of fage Greek yogurt with fresh diced fruits. I eat a pretty high protein diet. And for exercise I started weight lifting 6 days a week and did cardio 3 days a week. I haven't been working out as much as I use to so I definitely need to step that back up to start building my physicue how I want it. But I'd say and I'm sure a lot of people agree with me that weight loss mainly comes from eating healthier and staying within a calorie goal, working out is just an added bonus and helps build your physicue into what you want7 -

This sounds almost exactly like my story. Well done and keep up the good work.1 -
